1 General Introduction and Applicability
These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the jaya platform and all services operated under it. These Terms define the legal relationship between you and jaya. 2 Account Registration and Eligibility
2.1 Registration Requirements
To open an account with jaya, the following conditions must be met:

- Each person may open only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all accounts will be closed and any balance may be forfeited.
- All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete and your own.
- You are responsible for updating your account information if any details change.
2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)
jaya may at any time request a national identity card, passport or other relevant documents to verify a user's identity. If documents are not provided within the specified time, jaya has the right to temporarily or permanently suspend the account.
2.3 Login Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials (username and password) confidential. Any activity carried out through your account will be considered your own. Sharing login credentials with any third party is strictly prohibited.
3 Financial Transactions — Deposits and Withdrawals
3.1 Deposit Rules
The minimum deposit amount on jaya is ৳300. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank and other major commercial banks). You must use only payment methods registered in your own name.
3.2 Withdrawal Rules
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer are also available for withdrawals.
To withdraw any bonus-related funds, completing the wagering requirement is mandatory. Details are provided in the bonus section below.
3.3 Suspicious Transactions
jaya reserves the right to investigate any suspicious or unusual financial activity. During the investigation, the relevant account or transaction may be temporarily suspended.
4 Bonuses and Promotional Offers
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New users receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 adds ৳1,500 in bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500. Before withdrawing this bonus, you must wager the bonus amount 20 times — meaning a total of ৳30,000 in bets is required for a ৳1,500 bonus.
A bonus is not free money; it is a conditional offer. Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
4.2 VIP Weekly Cashback
jaya's VIP program has five levels. A weekly cashback applies to net losses at each level at the following rates:
- Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
- Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
- Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback
- Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback
- Diamond: up to 1.5% weekly cashback
Weekly cashback is calculated by applying the level's rate to total net losses for that week (total losses minus total winnings). Example: a Gold member with ৳20,000 in net losses in a week receives ৳20,000 × 0.9% = ৳180 cashback.
4.3 Bonus Abuse
If artificial bet placement, hedging or any other misconduct is found with the intent of earning bonuses, jaya reserves the right to cancel the relevant bonus and associated winnings, and to close the account.
5 Game and Betting Rules
5.1 Game Outcomes
All game outcomes on jaya are determined by a machine-driven Random Number Generator (RNG). Each game has its own RTP and volatility. No manual intervention is made in any game outcome.
5.2 Bet Cancellation
jaya reserves the right to cancel any bet due to a technical error or incorrect odds display. In such cases, the original stake is refunded, but no winnings will apply.
5.3 Live Casino and Sports Betting
The rules of Evolution, Pragmatic Play Live and other approved providers apply to live casino games. Applicable sports betting rules remain in effect for sports betting events. If a game is left incomplete due to a technical issue, the last confirmed state will be taken into account.
6 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jaya platform:
- Operating an account or playing on behalf of a minor (under 21 years of age).
- Money laundering or transacting with illegally obtained funds.
- Playing games using bots, scripts or other automated software.
- Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses.
- Attempting to access another user's account or steal their information.
- Attempting to make unauthorised modifications to the platform's systems or software.
- Fraudulent conduct or collusion with other users.
If any of these prohibitions are violated, the account will be closed immediately and the associated balance may be forfeited. jaya reserves the right to take legal action where applicable.

8 Limitation of Liability
jaya always works to ensure the technical reliability of its platform. However, jaya is not liable in the following situations:
- If a game or bet is not completed due to your internet connection being lost.
- For problems caused by third-party software or payment providers.
- For losses resulting from incorrect information provided by you.
- If the service is interrupted due to events beyond jaya's control (force majeure), such as natural disasters or government directives.
jaya's total liability in any case will not exceed the amount of the relevant transaction.
9 Responsible Gaming

10.2 Closure at jaya's Initiative
If evidence of a breach of Terms, fraud, abuse or any unlawful activity is found, jaya reserves the right to close any account without prior notice.

12 Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from these Terms or matters related to the jaya platform will first be attempted to be resolved through discussion. If discussion does not lead to a resolution, mediation will be pursued.
If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect.
13 Changes to Terms and Contact
jaya may at any time amend, add to or remove any part of these Terms. For significant changes, a notice will be sent to the registered email or posted on the platform. Continued use of the platform after a change will be taken as acceptance of the updated Terms.
